With over 6000 projects completed, Aluco has decades of experience in the design and construction of some of the most complex builds in South Australia.

No project is too big or complex and we pride ourselves on taking on the difficult builds and are happy to prove ourselves indispensable in the design, problem-solving and delivery of these projects.

ESTIMATION & TENDERING

Our team of estimators review all documentation including architectural drawings and scope of works to supply an accurate tender. If our tender is accepted, post tender clarifications begin and pre-award design meetings commence.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Creation of project specific shop drawings

Samples are acquired/ produced and sent for approval

Material procurement and supplier orders including glass, hardware, components, automatic operators, access equipment and anything else included in our scope of works.

FABRICATION

At our factory in Edwardstown, our expert fabricators receive delivery of aluminium and components and follow shop drawings to fabricate raw materials into window and doors frames. Multiple checks and extensive training ensure that the product that gets put on a truck and delivered to site is always accurate.

INSTALLATION

Our experienced teams are on site to install subframe, frames, glazing, hardware, louvres, security screens, flashing and trims.

Our installers and glaziers have experience working on some of the most complicated builds and regularly work with scissor lifts, boom lifts and cranes.

HANDOVER

A final walkthrough is completed and an Operation & Maintenance Manual (O&M) is provided. This includes warranties, tech data, drawings, servicing and maintenance instructions as well as any certificates.

Removal of existing windows/doors and re-instating new Aluminium window/door frames and glazing, trimming and caulking as required.

If necessary, a measure and order/fabrication can be done prior to removal, for a same day process to ensure a secure building over-night.
