Completed in 2024, the Unley Medical Centre was constructed across three levels. The development combines contemporary architectural detailing with practical and durable materials suited to a modern healthcare environment.

Our scope of works included the fabrication and installation of all aluminium window and doors and glazing. Internal rooms feel bright thanks to both large windows and narrow sidelight windows.

The sites location on a major thoroughfare  from the city along with the boundary-to-boundary construction meant that extensive site coordination and traffic management plans were put in place by BluBuilt, ensuring that everyone was safe on site and that the project was completed on time.
