The Bowery is a seven-storey, 54-apartment development designed around a central courtyard and breezeway, with views across surrounding parklands and the Adelaide CBD. 

Developed in partnership with Renewal SA and constructed by Hindmarsh, the project was designed to meet 5 Star Green Star sustainability principles and has become a prominent feature of the revitalised Bowden precinct.

Aluco was engaged to deliver the complete aluminium window, door and glass balustrade package across the development. The scope included glazing to apartments and common areas, as well as Dormakaba automatic door operators in main entrances. 

Careful coordination was required throughout construction to ensure the glazing systems integrated seamlessly with the architectural design while meeting the project's performance and sustainability requirements.
