The Artisan is a seven-storey 50 apartment residential building located in the inner city suburb of Bowden. 

Environmentally sustainable design choices were made throughout the build leading to the Artisan becoming  the first certified 5 Star Green Star Design As-Built rated apartment project in the RenewalSA Bowden Precinct.

These choices included energy-efficient glass meaning comprosmise didn't need to be made on the full height glazing letting in tons of natural light to every apartment.

In the words of the Architect Tectvs, the Artisan building exemplifies "Simple but beautiful Architecture".
