Completed in 2026 at the Rosewater campus, the development includes modern breakout spaces, a science laboratory, think tank and staff facilities.  A standout feature of the project is the elevated linkway connecting the new Learning Centre to the Sacred Heart Centre—another building we completed with Partek in 2019.

Aluco completed the aluminium window, door and glazing package throughout the development. The project incorporated a range of Alspec framing systems, including ecoFRAMEplus, McArthur Evo and Swan Evo, together with high-performance insulated and laminated glazing. Another distinctive feature is the series of custom Heka hoods framing the windows, which required complex CAD detailing and precise installation to achieve the architect's vision.
