Completed in 2025, the new facility is located within Edinburgh Parks, South Australia's largest master-planned industrial estate. Spanning 10,600 square metres of high-clearance manufacturing space and 800 square metres of offices and staff amenities, the development enables Metroll to consolidate manufacturing, streamline operations and increase production capacity to better service customers across the region.

Aluco completed the full aluminium window, door and glazing package throughout the warehouse and office facility. High-performance double glazing was incorporated throughout, while an oversized internal viewing window provides a clear view between the office and manufacturing areas.
