For the external façade on leafy Melbourne Street, we were given direction to make the suite span 7-8 metres with no visible horizontal steel members. 

With the overall height exceeding standard spans, engineering needed to be completed on the framing and steel plate to ensure the façade had enough rigidity. Alspec's Hunter Evo framing suite was chosen which was then engineered to accommodate structural steel within the hollow sections of the framing. 

Surrounding the carpark entry, we used a larger 225mm suite and spun the framing around to create a batten look, this suite was painted in a contrasting finish as a feature.

Internally McArthur Evo framing was used throughout with large, oversized panels to minimise the amount of visible aluminium.

In the centre of the building, individual top hung glass panels can be pulled together to form a glass walled boardroom or stacked out of the way against the walls.

Fluted feature partitions were also installed to help seperate workstations and kicthen areas.
