Managing Director

Josh has been involved with Aluco since 2007. In 2019 he became a Project Manager, but we quickly promoted him to Operations Manager in 2021. Josh became the Managing Director in 2023.

His extensive experience within the commercial side of aluminium doors and windows, and with his knowledge of common practices he has been an asset to our company’s productivity and continual growth.

Josh has been our draftsman since 2013 prior to becoming a Project Manager with the company.

His experience with our company and time spent on site understanding the commercial installation of aluminium and glazing has been a benefit to our company.

Project Manager

Jarrad started with Aluco in 2018 and is one of our Project Managers. Jarrad has extensive experience in the building industry (9years), and has completed both a General Building Course and Carpentry Apprenticeship.

As a qualified carpenter his eye for detail and his knowledge of the V6 program for estimating and production, had proved invaluable. Jarrad is becoming one of our major assets in the business.

Project Manager

Nick started at Aluco with the fabrication and installation of our commercial window and door suites, before moving on to one of our delivery driver roles, while he completed his commercial pilot’s license. He then moved into an assistant role to our Project Managers in March 2021. Since then, he has now progressed into a full time role as a Project Manager.

The involvement and understanding of our company has proven him to be an asset for our business and his knowledge is always improving as he brings a new look on any problem that may arise.

Estimating Manager

Alex started his career back in 1975 at Dowell Windows in Sales & Despatch, he moved to Cavandale Building as estimator/sales/contract and manager understanding all facets of the building industry. He then moved to Alulite as office manager taking on the administration of all project works. Since joining Aluco in 2001 Alex has brought with him his experience, improving procedures within project management and estimating.

Estimator & Founder

As the original founder of the company, Chris’s engineering mind and knowledge of aluminium fabrication shows in his ability to think outside the square, while always making improvements along the way.

His time with Alulite as Sales Manager gave him an eye for detail and a thirst to strive for something better. When setting up Aluco his focus was to become one of the leading aluminium and glass fabricators in South Australia, which he has achieved.

Since 1994, the company has grown to be able to house its own office and warehouse premises.

Project Manager

With the inception of Aluco in 1994 Dominic has been an integral part of Aluco’s growth. He started as State Commercial Manager for Budget Rent a Cars and his knowledge of management and sound business practices has brought with him good procedures and policies within our current structure.

Dominic has managed some or our major projects including, Port River Expressway, Octagon Apartments, Gallery Apartments, C17 Facilities and numerous others. He does this with a professional attitude and forward thinking, which assists in the successful handover of projects.

Brendan started with Aluco in February 2022 as a Project Manager.

Brendan’s background has been with the operations of various civil and cement companies in several areas. His management skills have assisted him in moving comfortably into the project management he does for Aluco.

He is quickly becoming a very organised and experienced manager with the projects he has taken onboard. We look forward to a long association with him and we welcome him to our team.

Production Manager

Robert has been with Aluco since 2006 and has brought to our company hands on knowledge and experience in production and installation of commercial and domestic windows and doors fabrication. For many years Robert worked and ran his own sub contracting company working in commercial window and door installation and also home improvement and extensions. Prior to this he worked for Alulite as production manager and Premier Aluminium in fabrication.

His years of experience in production and installation has made him a wonderful leader for our fabrication, installation and glazing teams of both internal and external staff.

Robert’s emphasis on productivity has given Aluco the leading edge in the market place.

Ian commenced working at Aluco in 2017 after successfully completing Year 12. He was taken on as a Trainee Junior Estimator. His training included 6 months on the factory floor learning the products and construction process, before moving into the office environment along with a 4-year TAFE course.

5 years later he has a Certificate 4 in Building, Construction and Estimation and has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience under the guidance of our head Estimator. Ian has a commanding skill of the V6 program for estimation and production. Some of his duties include V6, the administration of quotes and order placement.
