Quality Policy

Aluco is a privately-owned company operating in the commercial building industry. It designs, manufactures, installs, and maintains a range of quality products from extruded aluminium. The nature of the company’s operations places particular emphasis on expertise, capability, reliability, and quality.

To further enhance the standard of our products, and the workmanship offered to our clients, we have implemented a Quality System that provides our clients with the additional comfort and satisfaction that we are totally focused on meeting their needs.

The overall responsibility for Quality rests with the Board of Directors, which has undertaken to ensure that the system is not only maintained but also continually improved. To ensure that it is understood at all levels, employees, sub-contractors, and representatives are all given the appropriate information and training to help ensure their participation and success in achieving the company’s aims.


Occupational Health, Safety, and Welfare Policy

Aluco’s policy is to achieve high standards of health and safety wherever it operates. While this policy will have the broadest application possible, its principal objective is the prevention of work-related injuries and illnesses.

The company’s employees, shareholders, directors, sub-contractors, and representatives will actively demonstrate commitment to this policy to achieve the high standards set. They will also be involved in the effective management of health and safety practices and programmes by supporting the group’s safety policies, procedures, rules, and guidelines as set forth in our Occupational Health, Safety, and Welfare Manual. All parties engaged by, or associated in any way with company activities are required to meet these standards.

Sexual Harassment Policy

Aluco’s management regards sexual harassment as a serious and important issue. We believe that anyone who works for Aluco, and everyone with whom we deal with in our daily work, has a right to be treated with respect and dignity.

The company has a firm commitment to ensuring the workplace is free from sexual harassment and will take all necessary steps to ensure this happens.

Aluco will treat all complaints of sexual harassment seriously and will ensure they are dealt with promptly, impartially, and confidentially. Where sexual harassment is found to have taken place appropriate action will be taken.

They will be involved in the effective implementation of environmental management practices by supporting the group’s policies, procedures, rules, and guidelines as set forth in our Environmental Management Plan. All parties engaged by, or associated in any way with, the work activities of the company are required to meet the group’s standards.
